Muutos Coaching was founded back in 2011. With our retreats, we go even deeper. These take place at selected locations, but also on-site at our Casa Luise in Castalla.We are offering different lifestyle retreats. We are a getaway, a week or a few days away from home with MUUTOS Yoga for your well-being. Topics are healthy and stress-free living, a transformational journey in the southern part of Spain.We offer Detox, Coaching, Hiking, Biking, and Yoga retreats and sometimes we combine the single options in one retreat. Just ask for our different offerings.We either are in the mountains 30 min away from Alicante City or at the beach location in El Campello, Costa Blanca.The El Campello location within walking distance of the beach is a stylish, modern apartment complex with a stunning rooftop terrace and minutes away from a small little town to visit.Our location in the mountains is a typical Spanish Finca with the charm of waking up in the middle of nature to the songs of the birds.And our home Casa Luise is a modern villa with a pool in the green lung "Maigmo" of Alicante, a little town called Castalla. Where we have beautiful surroundings for biking, hiking, and Yoga in nature.Come and join us, wherever it suits you best!
