Creating the SOULRENDER experience has been one of the most meaningful and transformative journeys of my life.Over the past five years, I have moved through deep darkness into a powerful rebirth of self, learning how to love myself, choose myself, and show up with intention each day.I walked through the storm and emerged more grounded, aligned, and whole.That journey became the foundation of everything I now share.My healing has been guided through a daily devotion to practices such as meditation and prayer, breathwork, self-reflection, conscious connection, journaling, and nourishing my mind with emotional wisdom.These tools became my way home.Today, I have a deeper connection with myself, my husband Joe, and our children.This work has transformed not only how I live, but how I love, lead, and show up in the world.It is an honor to hold space for others in this experience.My intention is for each person who joins this retreat to feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.You will leave with more than memories.You will leave with tools for clarity, connection, and inner peace that you can carry into your everyday life.I welcome you to grow, to love, and to rise with us.
