With over 15 years of experience in health and fitness, it was yoga’s holistic and inclusive approach to wellness that first piqued Mona’s interest. She connects deeply with yogic philosophy and has found her passion in sharing the practice with others; inviting herself and others to cultivate balance and contentment, and to feel expansiveness beyond our physical selves. As an adventure and thrill-seeker, Mona pushes the boundaries of comfort to discover physical, mental and spiritual possibilities. She strives to move, and guide others, past fear; to lead and create community rooted in love.
