We are an experiential yoga school teaching Integral Vinyasa, Yin & Karma yoga, with a focus on daily Ayurvedic Self-care morning and evening routines.We base our teachings on the ancient Vedic texts of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. We combine physical and spiritual body-mind detoxification cleansing techniques to our teachings to activate the nadis (energy lines) and chakras (vortexes of energy located over the main endocrine glands).We offer yoga classes, retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings in Peru.We are a Yoga Alliance-accredited school, allowing you to teach anywhere in the world upon successfully completing our yoga teacher training courses.
