Hi, I’m Michelle.I’m a trauma-informed guide, plant medicine facilitator, and space holder for women walking through transformation, especially the kind that doesn’t always have language yet.My work is about helping you come home to yourself, to your truth, your body, your voice, and your power. I hold spaces that are both deeply spiritual and deeply human. Spaces where you can soften, be seen, and remember what you came here to do.This retreat was born from my initiation in Egypt.Something shifted when I stood in the desert and let the silence speak.I remembered parts of myself I didn’t know I had lost, and I walked away with the clarity to leave behind the life that wasn’t mine anymore. That moment permitted me to stop holding back and live in full alignment.I’m not here to lead from above you.
