Mental Detox Retreat

The retreat is based in Caparica, on the south coast of Lisbon, Portugal. We are in a privileged location, at 7 mins from one the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, still very natural, with plenty of space. We are 25 mins from the airport and 20 mins from Lisbon.The retreat center is situated in a quiet and residential neighborhood where you can find peace and serenity. Since, we are not too far from Lisbon, it is possible to sometimes hear plane in the distance.All the participants will be sharing a villa with terrace, a garden featuring a great saltwater swimming pool and beautiful fruit trees. You will have all the equipment to enjoy a nice stay, with plenty of space to relax. You will probably have a chance to pet the cat that passes through the garden.We have a dedicated room in the villa for individual and collective therapies and space in the garden for activities.
