Ground to Shine and AbunDANCE are the result of Martina's lifetime passion and prowess. Under the grace of her Guru Samten Kriya, she is mentoring students of Himalayan Kriya Yoga Teacher Training Levels 1&2 in Europe and online worldwide. Certified Kriya and Meditation Teacher (200h) by Yoga Alliance, Martina is also a former professional dancer and choreographer. As an energy worker who dedicates her heart and works to bring you back into universal consciousness, helps you remember your true potential, opens your heart, and gives you the tools to fully shine. Ground to Shine Tribe facilitates and organizes several workshops, retreats, and live events in the Balearic Islands and Italy. Such events comprise of Himalayan Kriya Yoga, moon ceremonies, women's circles, mediations, family constellations, mindful kickboxing, cacao and kirtan, and AbunDance. Our aim is to heal, rise, and empower.
