Marta’s impressive credentials also include being a Yoga Nidra facilitator, Reiki master, certified Face Yoga Method teacher and a sound therapist. Hailing from Estonia and having cultivated her craft during extensive stays in Japan and Thailand, Marta’s worldly adventures spanning over a decade have culminated in her role as the visionary behind Om & Flow Yoga.
