Marie-Laure Freshard

Marie-Laure is a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, certified by Power Pilates in New York City since 2013, after completing an intensive 600-hour program in classical Pilates on all apparatus. Her career has taken her from perfecting her craft at Urban Front Pilates in Philadelphia to three enriching years in Brussels, where she integrated Stott Pilates techniques into her teaching. Now based in Geneva, she offers dynamic in-person and online classes in both English and French. Originally from France, and with a background as a pharmaceutical scientist and actress, Marie-Laure brings precision, creativity, and mindfulness to every session she leads. Living in Geneva with her bilingual French-English family, Marie-Laure embraces a life that bridges cultures and continents. The family’s second home in Ibiza’s tranquil southwest has become the heart of her pilates retreats—immersive experiences that combine mindful movement with the island’s natural beauty and spirit.
