Marianne Larochelle

Marianne Larochelle has been studying and practicing yoga for over 25 years. Her classes are always a deep inward journey, balancing the Yin and the Yang through thoughtful and inspired sequencing. With an emphasis on creativity, she focuses on alignment, breath, precision, peace, and vigor. Cumulating many different trainings( Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, yoga nidra, etc.), she is always exploring new ways to expand consciousness and transform the body and Spirit. Her inspiration is also fed by the great schools of mystery and wisdom (Taoism, Buddhism, Shamanic arts, Tarot) She offers a movement practice that creates the space to promote health, strength, and wellness. Her intention is to help her students build a bridge between body and spirit through a deep, soulful, and transformative experience.
