Maria knows what it feels like to be successful on paper but lost in her soul. A decade ago, she sold everything and moved to Costa Rica, chasing a life that felt more aligned. But even in paradise, the patterns followed her. Overworking, overgiving, and struggling to slow down.It wasn’t until she hit pause and took a deep dive into her own inner work through Positive Intelligence, yoga, and Authentic Relating that things finally shifted. She began to heal. She learned how to listen to her intuition, honor her energy, and live from a place of grounded clarity.Now, she is committed to helping other women do the same.Maria is a 500HR certified yoga teacher and a trained practitioner of Authentic Relating. She leads the Quantum Leap Experience in Costa Rica, a retreat designed to help women reconnect to themselves, release what is no longer serving them, and step into what is next.She splits her time between Playa Grande and Rancho Margot, a regenerative farm deep in the Costa Rican jungle. These are two places that hold her heart, and now, space for yours too.
