I have started yoga practice in 2017. Since then, i have tried many different styles Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga.I have tried many different styles and school approaches in Indian and iand in Europe as well.I am a member of the Transcendental Meditation Georgia team and have visited a lot of ashrams in India, mainly the ones founded by the famous Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.Currently, I am arranging yoga retreats in special locations, for visitors from around the globe, and I am collaborating with well-experienced yoga teachers.
