As a holistic health coach Marco is supporting people in their physical, emotional and spiritual health. Aside from the evidence based nutrition coaching he's working with clients also mentally and energetically on getting rid of emotional ballast such as traumas, beliefs or blocked emotions, leading to emotional eating or burnout. He is certified in nutrition coaching, mental coaching, burnout & stress management and as a reiki master."Nutrition is so much more than just what we eat: ​It's also about how we nourish ourselves overall, ​especially mentally, with our daily unconscious ​thoughts and actions that ultimately determine ​our entire lives."Marco has been living in Costa Rica for almost 2 years now is originally from Germany and fluent in english. With his love for animals and nature he's also volunteering as a tour guide in a very well known wildlife rescue center in the Caribbean and has become a sloth expert offering tours to see them in the wild as well.
