With a rich experience spanning across the globe, from Asia to Latin America from the serene shores of Fiji to the vibrant landscapes of Portugal, Marcia brings a unique perspective to the practice of yoga. Her teachings are deeply rooted in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. Her classes reflect a profound understanding of both physical and spiritual well-being.A passionate advocate for yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic principles, Marcia is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500hr+ and YACEP by Yoga Alliance and seamlessly weaves these ancient wisdoms into her teachings, fostering a holistic approach to health and healing. Currently studying yoga therapy with the Sivananda Ashram, she is committed to empowering her students to reconnect with their true selves and achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.
