Manan is a Counselling Psychologist, an Expressive Art Therapy practitioner, and an Artist, with experience working with diverse populations in therapeutic and social work settings.Determined to provide all sects with de-mystified mental health treatments and believe in the power of the Arts to achieve the same.She also strives to make mental health as important as physical health by actively working to end the stigma surrounding mental illness, both as a psychologist and as an artist.She is also training in Expressive Arts In Transition, a framework that integrates creative modalities to support individuals in navigating life changes, emotional processing, and self-exploration.My practice is deeply rooted in intermodal arts-based interventions that foster healing, resilience, and transformation.
