Madlyn Maya Ray-Jones

Madlyn is an experienced yoga teacher and retreat leader. She loves to connect with people to help them find movement that they enjoy, to challenge themselves, and to relax deeply. She is also a massage therapist and offers hands-on assistance and massage during the practice.She trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher in 2002 with the Integral Yoga Institute and went on to qualify as a Perinatal teacher with Birthlight in 2003. She continues to study and learn, joining classes, courses, and retreats with teachers such as Shira Hess, Naomi Annand, Marcus Veda, Zo Rahm and Laura Gilmore.Madlyn has worked with students of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. She has developed a flowing dynamic Vinyasa style of yoga, alongside a compassionate and nurturing teaching style. Madlyn offers a relaxed, fun, and safe environment to explore yoga practices.
