Lucia La Ganga - Yoga Teacher (RYT - 200)Lucia is an ayurvedic naturopath and she practices yoga as the way to connect our true essence to the Universe and balance our elements.Trained in Hatha, Nidra and Kundalini Yoga, she guides each practitioner, through Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, on their own journey.At the end of the class, when you relax in shavasana, she plays a musical instrument to make you feel the vibration. She speaks English and Italian.
