Lucia Giannecchini

Lucia is a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Practitioner with almost a decade of experience guiding others on the path of healing and self-discovery.Her journey with yoga began in 1999 and deepened through formal teacher training in Baptiste Power Vinyasa at a Baptiste Yoga Affiliate Centre in London in 2017 - it was also at this time that she began her Reiki training with Torsten A Lange (Hay House author & Founder of the Reiki Academy).Her teaching weaves together breath, movement, energy work, and deep listening—to the body and to the present moment.Now based in the heart of Tuscany, in the stunning landscape of Lucca, Lucia offers Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga, Women's Circles, Reiki Training & Healing sessions, Retreats and Cacao Ceremonies. Her work blends the physical with the energetic —inviting women to root deeply into their bodies (and into the Earth beneath us) to discover their authentic selves and reawaken their creative essence.Lucia is a mother and nature lover (and mama to 2 bengals;), whose passion lies in holding space for women to heal and to reconnect to themselves and to one another.
