Twenty four years ago I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time and something shifted.A deep exhale. A sense of reconnection and vast expansion.I didn’t understand what was happening but it felt good. It felt grounding. It felt real. Since that moment, yoga has been my anchor through life’s highs and lows. A practice of resilience, consistency and healing. A pathway to my own self inquiry journey. Now teaching for nine years, and based on the wild, ruggesd West coast of Portugal, the tools I’ve added to my belt along the way focus on regulating the nervous system and returning to presence amidst life’s beautiful chaos.I’m excited to share this with you! Through breath, awareness, and movement, let’s create space to listen, to heal, and to come home to ourselves each time life draws us away.
