I hold space of openness and acceptance that nurture personal and collective growth—where each individual feels heard, welcomed, and free to be who they truly are. My approach integrates harmonization, liberation, and transformative practices, weaving ancestral wisdom to invite authentic presence and embodied awareness. In my own search for inner truth, I left behind the security of my marketing and sales career in 2017, journeying through conscious communities around the world. My studies and immersion have included silent meditation retreats, extended darkness retreats, energy healing, and Amazonian master plant diets, all shaping my capacity to hold spaces rooted in grounded spirituality and deep listening. I am a retreat facilitator and community builder. For the past five years, Alma Mactzil has been the sanctuary where I’ve had the privilege of hosting community gatherings, transformative retreats, and offering tools that reconnect us with the essence and lightness of Sukha – our true nature. Alma Mactzil is my offering to the Mystery of Life—a reflection of my Sadhana and a sacred space to honor Great Spirit. Here, I hold space for deep healing, transformation, and connection with nature and the wisdom of the ancestors. I facilitate individual and group experiences that open pathways to inner peace, balance, and self-realization, working from the heart with those seeking reconnection with themselves and the rhythms of the Earth. Through integrative practices that nurture the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, I offer tools and spaces that increase awareness, promote peace, and support people in sharing their light with all sentient beings.
