Liu is a yoga teacher born in Argentina, whose journey has led to travel between Italy and India, the cradle of yoga and meditation. Deeply inspired by Eastern wisdom, she shares with her students her belief in Ayurvedic medicine and cuisine, meditation, and the healing power of nature. In Sicily, Liu has found her home, a land where earth, sea, and light create the perfect space for practice.
