Liseli Harloff

Liseli, a Puerto Rican native who grew up in Pinellas County, FL, embarked on her yoga journey after a back injury in 2017.She quickly fell in love with the practice, earning her first 200-hour certification at Wendy Fit in 2018. Now, she’s working towards her 300-hour certification with Missy White at Studio 108. “Yoga has transformed my life both physically and mentally, and I’m passionate about sharing its amazing benefits with others.”
