I am a yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner, dedicated to guiding others on a journey of self-discovery and balance through mindful movement & breath. My path began with 10 years of gymnastics, where I learned the art of movement but it was through yoga that I rediscovered the power of stillness, connection, and transformation. Yoga is more than movement for me - it’s a practice of coming home to yourself. My classes are infused with intention, blending dynamic flows with moments of quiet reflection. Whether through a powerful vinyasa, a grounding stretch, or soulful breathwork, I aim to create a safe space for others to reconnect with their bodies and nourish their spirits. This path is ever-evolving, and I’m currently studying Pilates to expand the ways I can help people move with joy and awareness. I’ve had the honor of co-leading events such as “Mindful Motion,” combining yoga and breathwork in a way that encourages participants to pause, reset, and realign. Inspired by my Mediterranean roots and love for holistic wellness, I bring a unique essence to my teaching - a blend of earthiness, warmth, and creativity.
