My journey to self-inquiry started in my early childhood and that genuine curiosity about the psyche led me to gain my Masters Degree as a Psychologist in 2012.However, my other passion for mindful movement constantly made me feel that there is a much stronger connection between mind, body and spirit than we would ever think.After I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015, my powerful healing journey has started.Discovering yoga and meditation helped me to integrate different health aspects and create a holistic approach in my everyday life.As I am on a natural healing path for many years now, I learned so much about the dynamics of chronic and autoimmune conditions along the way.Through my teachings I love to emphasise the practices’ transformational and calming effect on the nervous system, the importance of the breath; mind-body connection; somatic approach, conscious movement and physical touch.
