Jeet is a hospice nurse, sound therapist, and Reiki practitioner with years of experience supporting people through profound physical and emotional transitions. Her approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, with a steady presence that helps guests feel safe, regulated, and deeply supported throughout the retreat. Sydney is a clairvoyant, certified breathwork detox facilitator, sound therapist, and meditation guide. Her work focuses on emotional release, nervous system regulation, and helping guests reconnect with their inner clarity through breath, sound, and intuitive insight. Sydney is known for creating experiences that feel both deeply healing and down-to-earth powerful, but never forced. Together, Jeet and Sydney combine practical support with intuitive, heart-led facilitation to hold a container where real shifts can happen physically, emotionally, and mentally while keeping the experience grounded, welcoming, and empowering.
