Leslie began offering retreats to those who identify as women over 50 after officially ending her organization development, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion consulting practice in September of 2021. When she sold her business, she was afloat for 4 years trying to figure out what to "do", when she woke up to who she needed to "be". She's excited to share that learning with you. For 40 years she has built her mastery in group process and facilitation as a organization leader as well as in the personal and spiritual development community – the Inner Journey of Washington D.C. She has been participating in and leading transformational work since 1986.​
