Leonie Sherman

Leonie is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher E-RYT200 who has taught yoga and meditation for 15 years. She loves introducing students to the joys of being present in their bodies and her teaching style skillfully combines her spiritual practice, athletic ability and infectious enthusiasm for life. She teaches dynamic Vinyasa Flows, soothing gentle Yin Sequences and Hatha Classes with focused attention on alignment. Leonie is a gifted teacher and an inspiring group leader, facilitator and teacher trainer who has taught internationally. 15 years ago she created a Mindfulness and Empowerment workshop and training that has evolved into an award-winning program that reaches over a thousand students every year. When she is not teaching, Leonie is a passionate plant-based athlete who loves inspiring mindful living and facilitating groups of women around the world.
