Leelah Lakshmi brings over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, weaving together Eastern wisdom and Western practice.Her journey began with personal injuries that conventional medicine couldn’t heal. These led her to yoga, where she discovered the transformative teachings of Mukunda Stiles and Structural Yoga Therapy™.This sparked a lifelong mentorship and deep studies in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra.Simultaneously, she spent a decade working in medical fitness as a hospital fitness director, supporting clients with complex conditions—a chapter she calls her spiritual boot camp.In 2015, she received the name Leelah in Ganeshpuri, India, and in 2024, the name Lakshmi, both marking her deep connection to lineage and sacred teachings.
