Lee Lauren Holland

Lee Lauren Holland has lived in Bocas del Toro, panamá, for 12 years, and invested in her fascination with the history and psychology of humans. With a passion for yoga and meditation tools for healing, withdrawing deeply-rooted emotions, and finding clarity, she has used this and other healing medicines as a cornerstone in her personal journey and, more recently, with others. She is devoted to people on their path of working through trauma and calling back their core truths. Her interest deepens in bridging the ‘gap’ between spirituality and science, bringing people closer to purpose and connection while helping rationalize these changes within them with science, ancient scriptures, and beyond. Her 3 children were born at home in the midst of the jungle, and as a family, they are avid ocean adventurers: surfers, snorkelers, paddle-boarders…you name it.
