I am a diploma-qualified Pilates instructor with 13 years of experience using full studio equipment. I am also a RYT200-certified aerial and Vinyasa yoga teacher with 6 years of teaching experience.Additionally, I am qualified as a Boxilates and entry-level Muay Thai trainer, a Pre- and Post-natal educator, a Mindfulness and Meditation leader, and a Level 2 Reiki practitioner.Originally from Australia, I have lived and worked in Phuket, Thailand, for the past 2 years and previously ran weekly wellness retreats in Sri Lanka.
