Lauren Dunne

Lauren has been a yoga practitioner and/ or teacher for over 25 years. With an academic background in biology, physiology, and psychology, Lauren saw that practicing yoga was a powerful tool to integrate the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of her personality into a holistic approach to everyday life.Lauren has completed numerous trainings and teaches from the Baptiste Power Yoga Methodology. Lauren has worked in community mental health as well as private practice as a Clinical Professional Counselor.She thrives on empowering others, and she melds her intuition and clinical experience to help her students and clients realize their full potential emotionally, physically, and spiritually.Lauren lives in the Philippines with her husband, three children, and two precocious rescue dogs.
