My inner healing and transformation journey began over 15 years ago, when I felt something wasn't quite right.I had severe health issues, was emotionally unstable, and began to recognise unwanted patterns in my life that I could no longer blame others or coincidence for - mainly concerning relationships.That sparked a deep inner search for answers and the determination to gain the tools I needed for myself.Along the way, I discovered my passion for hands-on healing, psychoenergetics, Tibetan Buddhism, and integrative nutrition, all areas I trained in, explored, and deepened over many years.Eleven years ago, I participated in my first retreat with conscious use of ayahuasca and plant medicine, with the unique combination of integrative psychotherapy.And I have been here ever since, merging my passion with my lifestyle and newfound professional career.I am here to support you in your process of healing, transformation, and blossoming.
