I am Italian and I have been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga for 14 years. I had a career as a journalist in Milan before leaving everything to travel around the world.Yoga changed my life at the age of 37: it gave me my body back and made me feel whole for the first time in my life. Since then I practiced every day and became a teacher after a few years.I owned a yoga studio on Bonaire, a little island in the Dutch Caribbean, and recently I spent more than one year in India to deepen my knowledge of yoga. Now I am a travelling teacher, offering workshop and retreat in Italy and abroad.I think the real teacher is within: we just need to pause and listen.
