Hi! I’m Laura, the organiser and teacher behind these Yoga & Watercolour Retreats,a new and exciting chapter in my journey.I've been practising yoga regularly for the past five years and am a certified RYS 200 Yoga Alliance instructor. At Ta Óneira, we usually run English courses, but we’re now opening our doors to host yoga retreats a few weeks a year, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome you!Alongside yoga, I have a deep passion for the arts. I’ve taken numerous courses in watercolour and acrylic painting, and in my workshops, I’ll guide you through playful and meditative exercises that help you express your creativity freely, no experience needed.Whether you’re blending colours or flowing through yoga poses, these practices invite you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and awaken your inner child.And don’t worry if English isn’t your first language, we’ve got you covered. With our teaching background, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and supported in every activity. I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
