Laura Cemin

Laura is an Italian choreographer and visual artist, as well as a devoted yoga teacher and meditation mentor. Her practice has been deeply shaped by her main teachers, Annie Carpenter and Jason Crandell, who influenced her understanding of alignment, pranayama, and philosophy. She is also drawn to the Bhakti tradition and often weaves music and mantra into her teaching, accompanying her voice with the harmonium. In both yoga and meditation, Laura shares the full spectrum of practice, from its joyful, nourishing moments to its more demanding challenges. She values precise alignment and technique, while inviting students to stay lighthearted, cultivate awareness, and honor their bodies.
