Lara Rodriguez

Lara is a dedicated yoga teacher and wellness consultant whose journey began with an early 'midlife crisis' and an encounter with the ancient tradition of Kriya Yoga. During a retreat in Greece, Lara met her first meditation teacher, who initiated her into the practice and teachings of meditation. For about three years, Lara traveled and lived in Greece, India (where she studied at the ashram of her Guru Swami Shankarananda Giri), Spain, France, and Italy. During this time, she completed her training in various wellness and holistic disciplines, including Ayurveda therapy, kid yoga, mindfulness, psychosomatic meditation, Olit, counseling, and Anukalana Yoga with her Italian teacher. Currently, Lara practices and lives primarily in Italy during the winter, while also conducting retreats across Europe.
