LaCura Wellness Retreat

La Cura is a beautifully restored Catalan Masia in Northern Spain and an ideal setting for wellness and restoration. Just 20 minutes from Girona and 90 minutes from Barcelona, La Cura is surrounded by more than 40 acres of walnut trees and hops, with access to wonderful hiking and cycling trails, just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava.

Nine luxurious bedrooms are available for guests and can be converted to suit singles or doubles. All have been thoughtfully refurbished and feature their own en-suite baths. In addition, there is a private staff room available for the retreat organizer.

The yoga studio, framed by our beautiful courtyard garden, spaciously fits our twenty eco cork mats and 6-8 yoga hammocks. The space also includes a Pilates area with two Balanced Body clinical reformers and Wunda chairs plus other state-of-the-art Pilates equipment.

In addition, there is a 16-meter salt-based pool with outdoor seating for 20, a sauna, an outdoor shower, and a Japanese Ofuro hot tub. Two equipped treatment rooms mean that guests can enjoy private beauty and therapy treatments with local experts during your retreat.
