LA MONEZE BASSE

This charming historic estate is nestled within expansive gardens and features a swimming pool, offering a peaceful setting on the edge of town, an ideal environment for rest, integration, and truly restorative sleep. All participants will stay at La Monèze, in comfortable shared rooms (two people per room) with shared communal bathrooms. Our hosts for the week, Bart and Anjo, will greet us with warmth and generosity. They will prepare nourishing meals using ingredients grown on their own land, supporting both body and spirit.
