Hello, My name is Krysten.I am a holistic retreat leader, yogic guide and advocate for healing, growth and abundant living through sacred practices and ways of life.I've been studying the transformational systems of Yoga & Ayurveda that have catalyzed my personal growth & healing since 2018. With over 600 hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Kundalini styles of Yoga, I intuitively cater a fusion of these practices to cater the exact needs of each soul I work with.​My mission is to guide you through practices that illuminate the radiance you already have within, and empower you to align in your fullest capacity of vitality, peace, and easeful flow in your life.
