Krista Nova

Krista Nova is a seeker of mystical truths. She is dedicated to exploring the esoteric aspects of existence through intensive training in yoga, meditation, tantra and the intuitive healing arts. Krista’s background is a tapestry of extensive training spanning 20 plus years weaving Eastern and Western approaches. She is ignited with a passion to spread the knowledge, love and understanding that she has developed and is thankful for the potential Tantra holds for the Body, Heart and Spirit. In Tantra, Krista discovered that our sexual energy - our most potent innate resource - is a powerful tool for transformation toward the goal of Spiritual Enlightenment. She is based in Vancouver, Canada, where she lives her heart's calling to teach workshops, classes, retreats, work with private clients and support her students to expand beyond their limitations and awaken to their fullest potential. Her work in Tantra has steered her to also work in the field of Relational Somatic therapy acknowledging that working with sexual energy can bring up previous trauma. She is committed to holding a safe space and honoring the unique needs of students. She is a co-founder of the Heart of Tantra Festival and the Heart of Tantra Practitioner Training.
