My name is Izabella, I am 33 years young, a former athlete and swimmer, competitive dancer, and lifelong hobby artist. I find my inspiration in counseling and training people to bring out the best in themselves—their lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Life with meaning, mindful moments, and conscious creation is where I draw my energy, as well as from true connection with individuals, animals, and nature. I have worked in various fields, always serving as a trainer and counselor to share my knowledge and perspectives with my students and clients—helping them discover their own. I love being in and around environments that support self-discovery and allow people to release old patterns, re-create, and co-create the best of the current moment and situation. I strive to make everything in my life meaningful and beautiful, nurturing growth while honoring what has been and embracing what is yet to come.
