Hello. I am Kierstan. As a licensed therapist with 18 years of experience and a certification in trauma therapy, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals on their healing journeys.In 2024, I led over 1,000 therapy sessions with more than 200 amazing clients. This experience has given me a deep understanding of individual struggles and the shared human desire for community, self-connection, healing, and hope.I believe that each person holds the key to their own transformation, and I’m here to create a safe space for exploration and growth. My approach is holistic, recognizing that we are intricate beings with mind, body, and spirit intertwined. Through the retreat, I aim to foster a sense of connection—not only with ourselves but also with each other. Together, we’ll embark on a journey filled with reflection, empowerment, and profound healing.
