With a Master's in Yogic Science and Certification as a Yoga Alliance Teacher, Khushbu has in-depth knowledge of Pranayama, Mantra Chanting, and Meditation. Since childhood, she has had an inclination towards yoga, which led her to explore its spiritual aspects through Mantra Chanting and Meditation. Her classes are designed to help students acquire optimal performance and benefits of Yoga through conscious exploration of breath. She helps students tap into the spiritual power of yoga, connect with their inner selves, and heal themselves and others. She focuses on different meditation techniques to guide the students in their spiritual journey and empower them through the spiritual elements of Yoga.
