Kelly
Kelly started teaching yoga 3 years ago and she loves it! A practitioner for 9 years, she enjoys the challenges of bikram 26/2 yoga and finding growth in the challenges this particular type of yoga provides. She wants her students to feel supported and challenged during their time together, building their self esteem and self love. She is incredibly grateful to participate in this work and hopes the students feel proud and accomplished at the completion of each class.
