Kelly knows firsthand the toll of living life in the fast lane. Once a high-flying private jet manager, she grappled with anxiety and burnout before finding solace and transformation through yoga. Trading the high-pressure world of luxury aviation for the tranquil countryside, Kelly now lives in rural Scotland, where she guides others on their own journeys to inner peace and balance. With over 15 years of yoga practice and more than 1,000 hours of training around the world, Kelly has honed her craft as a teacher, sound healer, and women’s wellness host. She is the proud owner of Orenda Studios in Scotland, where she curates bespoke experiences that honour the uniqueness of each participant. Kelly’s intuitive approach ensures that every class, circle, or retreat is tailored to the individual energies present, creating a deeply personal experience.
