Kelly Harris

Kelly has been immersed in yoga traditions since 2002. After a transformative journey to India in 2008 with her husband, she co-founded Tapas Yoga Shala, a dedicated space for the traditional practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.At Tapas Yoga Shala, Kelly leads classes, workshops, and Yoga Alliance-accredited 200- and 300-hour teacher training programs, helping students deepen their practice and teaching skills. With a passion for movement and holistic bodywork, she fosters a supportive community while honoring the rich traditions of yoga.Kelly’s approach bridges ancient wisdom with modern application, guiding practitioners toward greater physical potential, mindfulness, and self-discovery. She remains committed to a practice that is rooted in tradition yet powerfully relevant in today’s world.
