Kehkashan Nadeem - Online Instructor

Kehkashan, (Pakistan), has taught yoga for over 20 years. She is a RYT 500-hour advanced teacher trainer in Nepal. In Thailand she did her hot yoga teacher training with Absolute Yoga, Advanced Teaching Skills at Yoga Expert Academy, Aerial Yoga at ULU Yoga and Sky Yoga Level 2 TT. KK is famous for bringing Aerial Yoga to Pakistan and has appeared on the radio and news. She is tough when one needs to be challenged, and compassionate as she tailors poses to suit one'ss capabilities, taking time to discuss students’ health. She introduces them to pranayama and meditation, determined to take one deeper into the sublime joyride that is yoga. ***Currently KK is teaching for ULU Yoga's Online YTT, which all students in Bali and Thailand have access to.
