Hope Reimagined is a healing community and practice founded by Susan Andrien, LMFT, dedicated to the belief that hope is not passive — it's something we actively cultivate, embody, and build together.Rooted in the Neuro-Somatic Integration Framework, Hope Reimagined offers a body-based approach to healing that honors the wisdom of the nervous system, the intelligence of the natural world, and the transformative power of community.Through retreats, 1:1 somatic coaching, forest therapy experiences, trainings, and collective gatherings, Hope Reimagined creates spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the living earth.The work draws from somatic practice, art, nature-based therapy, and nearly three decades of clinical and community experience — offering a path toward healing that is grounded, relational, and deeply human.At its heart, Hope Reimagined is an invitation: to slow down, to listen inward, to remember what's possible, and to reimagine hope as a living practice we return to again and again.
