I have always been someone who questions. From an early age, I was drawn to the deeper inquiries that invite us to look more honestly at ourselves and the world around us.This way of seeing hasn't always been easy. Once you recognise a certain truth, you can't unsee it. Over time, I came to understand the profound difference between knowing something intellectually and embodying it in how we live, relate, and lead. Bridging that gap requires patience, practice, and a willingness to slow down.My path has moved through corporate environments and entrepreneurial explorations, eventually calling me to reorient my life from the inside out. Along the way, I discovered that what gives me the deepest sense of purpose is holding spaces where people and groups can see more clearly, often beyond what they can access on their own.This is why I created Contemplation Circles: to hold spaces where people can step out of urgency, reconnect with themselves, and remember what already lives within them.
