Katerina approaches Yoga and Thai Massage as paths of connection, healing, and inner exploration. For over a decade, she has been immersed in the tradition of Traditional Thai Massage, while teaching Yoga in a way that unites therapeutic touch with the philosophy of movement and breath.Trained in Vinyasa Krama and Yin Yoga, she continues to deepen her teaching through ongoing study and advanced training. Her journeys to Thailand and her connection with the authentic roots of Thai Massage have profoundly shaped her approach to physical and energetic healing.She leads Thai Massage trainings and is an active member of the Evergreen Yoga Studios and the Evergreen Project in Anavra, Fthiotida — a place where nature, Yoga, and healing meet in harmony.For Katerina, Yoga and Thai Massage are not just practices; they are ways of returning to ourselves — through mindful touch, acceptance, and love.
